Accessing file properties/details on image files stored on Dropbox

Hi,

  I'm trying to edit the file properties/details on an image file stored on dropbox to add tags so I can search my collection for specific photo themes. However, some files I can do this but others have the fields greyed out, even though the files have the same green tick on a white background status. I'm the only user accessing the file. Can anyone help please?

      no, quitting the app doesn't help.
