All folders and files completely missing from my account.

I went to login three days ago to the app on my phone and was prompted to login. I logged in and discovered that every single folder and file that I have saved in my Dropbox account was missing. My Plus plan was also reset to the Basic plan. Can anyone help me with this? I've had a Plus plan for over 3 years and so I'm baffled by this.

    Have you tried logging in to Dropbox with your personal email, treytyler, to see what you find there?
