Cannot select multiple files on the website while using keyboard shortcuts.
When I'm logged into my own Dropbox account through the website, I am not able to select multiple photos while holding in shift.
I am very familiar with the shortcut keys and use them all the time. For the past few days I have not been able to do this. Every time I click on a photo and hold in shift key: I click the next photo/file in the selection the checkbox just jumps to that file and not the others I had selected in between. So if I am trying to select 10 images I click the first of the 10 in that batch and scroll to where the end of those 10 images are and it only selects that last one and unselects the first one all together.
It works when in list view but not in grid. This is not helpful because I need to see the files that I am moving.

Hey @fossor, thanks for the additional info.
Our team is aware of this and they're working to get it sorted in the next few days.
As a temporary workaround, within grid view, you should be able to do this, by clicking the checkbox at the top left of each item.

Also in Incognito, for what it's worth.

It is also happening on Safari and Chrome.

Hey @fossor, thanks for notifying us about this!
I'd like to ask you to try a different browser too, just to rule that out and make sure this isn't a browser- specific issue.
If you have another device that you could try this with, please give it a go.
Thank you!

I have also experienced this behavior, starting about mid-day. In the morning, I could select multiple images in the Grid layout, but now I can't. I can only select multiple items when using the List or Large List layouts. I'm using Firefox on a Macbook, and I did clear my browser cache (and logged out of Dropbox), which hasn't changed the behavior.

We have tried on other devices and the issue does not happen there. It is specific to one device and we can't figure out why since we have tried multiple browsers. Thank you for your help.

Hey @snook55, do you have a different device that you could try this with?
I'm asking for that, because I'd like to identify if this is device-specific or if it might be a network issue too.
If you don't have one, don't worry I can send you an email in order for us to have a closer look there.
