Can't delete my Dropbox Backup
Hi,
I have a Backup set up for a PC that no longer exists. I cannot delete the backup. The help says to login, goto settings-security tab, select the device to log it out, so the backup can be dele...

Could you try removing the backed up device from your account's security page and then try to delete your backup?
If you get the same results, we might need to send you an email to investigate internally.

No errors. It just say that the file is deleted and then the files just there.
After all that, I go back the the 1st screen. The file is still there.

If yes, can you clarify the current syncing status of your Dropbox app?
