Can't view or delete my Dropbox Backup

I can't seem to delete my back up. I can't even see the files backed up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Are you able to see the backup on the site, and click on it to see the files within it?

     

    What happens when you attempt to follow these steps to delete the backup?

     

    Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

      I faced the same problem. I followed these steps, but I can't find any  file to back up. on the other hand, it is shown that my storage still full.

      My plan is Basic free version.

      Now it contains Regular files (0 bytes)Backup (1.9 GB)Replay (0 bytes)Shared files (340.9 MB)

      I can't see backup files either in my main, nor in backup page.

        Hey Goda--, I'd like to jump in here too!

         

        You should be able to view your Backups, by visiting this page online as Walter suggested. 

         

        You mentioned that you can't see anything there. Would you mind sending us a screenshot of your page, and what it reports?

         

        If you wish to delete our Backup feature, you should be able to do so by following these steps.

    It is shown that I have backups. I followed given steps to manage problem but I can't find any  file to back up. On the other hand, it is shown that my storage still full.
