Can't edit Microsoft files using the mobile app. I'm getting an error, that there was a bug.
Dropbox keeps crashing every time I try and edit a file - it won't open it and after a couple of attempts it says the app has closed because it has a bug
This issue has been fixed on the latest stable release on the Android app 336.2.2.

- KOMalley213 years agoNew member | Level 2Since Saturday, everytime I try to edit a file it won't open the editing page and gives me a message of dropbox keeps crashing because of a bug in the app and tells me to update when an update is available. My last update was 6/20/23. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issue. We use this daily for work and I need to be able to get in there to edit. Others are still able to do so. Apparently it is just my app?
