Dropbox Backup: Desktop and Desktop(1) ?
I don't know whether I'm posting this in the right place, but in my Dropbox Backup I have Desktop and Desktop(1). Is there a reason for that? If not, can I delete Desktop(1) and, if so, how? TIA...

That's correct, to store all your files you had before, it would need more than 2 GB of quota.
From what you posted, you currently have 2 TB, since you're most likely on a Plus plan, so you should have enough quota currently to store them.

3 years agoHi there and sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to mention that you can simply click on this link or navigate to your backups page manually from the dotted icon on your upper left corner Judy12159
I hope this helps!

So now I've discovered that not all my Document folders and files are being backed up on my new computer. Oops! They've ended up in my OneDrive folder and not in my local folder at all! Is this something you can help with? I have OneDrive unlinked, but clearly that's not helping!

Since we cannot back up your OneDrive folder, if you want to back your Documents folder up with Dropbox, you can follow the steps in this article.
I hope this helps!
