Dropbox Vault not visible

Now that Dropbox has added Vault to Professional, the only way I can access the Vault is the web interface, the Dropbox app on my iPad, or the Dropbox app on my Android phone. The vault does not show...

I have the same problem. The vault sometimes shows up in Mac Finder and then not for days at a time.  I also had moved very important files in there that I need to access on my Mac and not only on the iPad or iPhone. How come I was invited to try the feature and then it disappears again?

Please help.
