Yeah this icon with the Box is there and it opens a submenu from where I can choose the app with which I want to open the file. But then in the opened app there is the button to edit the file, which is deactivated

Oh okay, here we go. Your site isn't made to be used by smartphone, because on the smartphone there ist no such icon like camera and all the other stuff which is shown when I change into the Desktop view...

Hey Eumelchen98 , sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify the device's OS version and the versions of the apps installed there as well (both the Dropbox app and the Microsoft ones)?
Also, how large is the screen of your mobile device?
