error uploading images to drobox paper

 

dropbox-paper is very helpful for me!

but now its making problems', its not uploading true images.

here is a screen shot: 

 

  • It's possible that this could be the cause of what you're experiencing.

    Unless you get access to a stable WiFi connection, I'd recommend uploading to your Dropbox account directly and then adding the files to your Paper doc from there.

    I'm a Windows user, I dont have safari. Chrome, Edge, Firefox. All browsers shown the same error.

    The problem was observed in Chrome and Edge.

    It happened with any picture - old, new, any format.

    It happened with any way of inserting the image - copy-paste, drag-and-drop, Insert image command.

     

    However, today the issue was resolved somehow. It just disappeared.

    My colleague sad that it happened before and just disappeared as well.

     

    Dear Dropboxer, instead of asking many useless questions, you should have tried yourself to upload an image yesterday.

    It would be great if you fix the problem once and forever.

    From what I’ve been informed, this issue should now be resolved for all users.
