If the files were deleted within your recovery period (either 30 or 180 days, depending on your account) and they weren't permanently deleted, you should be able to recover them from your Deleted Files.

Hi from me too, UAB North Speed Andrius Peciuk.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to extend your file recovery window by upgrading your Dropbox account.
Were these files deleted more than 30 days ago (in case you're on a Basic/Plus plan)?

No. Upgrading now will not help, and there's no way to pay to have Dropbox recover files. Unfortunately, if you're unable to restore the files from Deleted Files or your Events page, then the files no longer exists on Dropbox's servers and are unrecoverable.
