Files have disappeared all of a sudden for me and others in our account

my colleagues and I have seemingly run into an issue where all of a sudden files are missing and folders are completely empty. none of us have updated to macOS Sonoma, but I saw other having issues after having downloaded the new update. 

 

is anyone else having this issue? as of yesterday, to our knowledge, everything was in there..

    First off, have you already checked your Events page? Can you see more details there? 

     

    Have you also looked at your Deleted files page, to see if you can restore them?

      Hi Nancy, 

       

      I was able to see what happened in our Events page! Is there a way to quickly access that? I don't know where to find that page in my account if I ever need it in the future.

        Just bookmark the URL. The link was removed from the Dropbox website a long time ago (for what reason, no one knows).
