Help me please! My video company deleted my wedding video.
I got married last February and I hired a video company for taking my wedding in video.
As planned, they should sent my wedding video files around in 2 or 3 months, but they didn't.
The reason why they didn't sent my files was just "they forgot it to sent my files" and they deleted my files from their every single storage.
Now, they are desperate and trying to recover my files from Dropbox because they are using Dropbox as a 3rd backup method.
They said to me they tried to contact the support team of Dropbox (they are using Enterprise plan) and the support guys told my video company that they can't recover them.
I don't know about the detailed contract on business plans but -you know- I really need my wedding video files!
So I really want to ask anyone can do this in Dropbox recover my wedding videos, but there's no way to contact Dropbox directly. Please help me! They are really important to me and my wife and all of our families!
The ticket number that my video company tried to contact support guys is: 25452614. Please help me!

Hey there, welcome to the community Jimmy18
First off, I'm really sorry you've found yourself in this situation with cherished memories. Here are a few facts:
- As the account holder, the company you hired to capture this content are the only ones who'd be able to access this material if it were still avaiable.
- However, because the files were deleted more than 30 days ago, the information you were told is correct. If the files have been gone for 2-3 months, they cannot be recovered.
Again, sorry to be the bearer of bad news :/

Deletion information is the same across all plans I'm afraid. Once its removed, and, its over the recovery window it isnt possible, at all, to recover.
Dropbox isnt going to be able to assist at all I'm afraid.
Do they happen to have the raw footage left maybe? Or the cards it was recorded on to?
