How can I delete a shared folder?
I have some Dbox directories/files that were shared from another user. I don't need them anymore, but I'm afraid if I delete the folder, it will delete files from everywhere. There doesn't seem to ...

Can anyone answer this question? Is there some way to identify a shared (network based) file? In FileExplorer, I see a tiny Dropbox logo at the bottom right corner of the file's icon. Does that mean the file is not local?

Hi peeps,
There is no any correlation between is a file shared or not and is the same file occupy local space or not. These are completely independent things! Clear your terminology out and stop looking for something non existent (correlation in orthogonal things).
