How can I get my files back?

I'm a DJ I have loaded a bunch of music to dropbox. Then my ex broke my computer bus couldn't do anything until I got a new computer. Finally got a new computer I go onto Cj and get my music and None Of is there because apparently dropbox deleted it for some reason. I'm trying to get my files back is there any way

I appreciate you getting back to me am I deleted files there's nothing and I'm not seeing the events page anywhere. They're just all gone and I was told that dropbox deletes everything for security purposes..SMH. I also was told that I would need to communicate with someone like you at dropbox so they can look for it in their servers is this possible.

      Thanks

Walter provided the link in his reply to you. Here it is again: Events page

That's not accurate. The only time Dropbox will delete your files is if you're over your storage limit for a protracted time, or your account has remained idle for more than a year. In both cases they send numerous emails with a warning before the deletion occurs. When this happens, there's no way to recover the files.
