How do I edit text file on Dropbox , it ask for signature every time I try to edit ?

I'd need some additional info, such as the platform you're using when trying to edit the file.
Do you use our website, mobile app or desktop? Also, what file type do you try to edit?

Hello,
I am trying to edit .txt file which is on my account.
I am trying to edit it from desktop , windows 11 version.
I have tried serval time, but it keep asking me for signature !

Is this the first time you're editing this file? If you have a screenshot of the error message you get on your end, feel free to share it with us, in order to have a clear visual too.

Its not error, It asking to upload signature !
It will be nice if you share me video or some link which shows how to edit text file in dropbox !

Hi nilesh1231, currently it isn't possible to edit text files on the Dropbox site. This would only be possible on the Dropbox mobile app.
If you wish, you can suggest this change for others to vote on, so the dev team can look into this in future!
