How to log into my account and where are my files?
I want to resolve this? I see two things.
1. How do I login to my account? It asked me to create a new account with my previous email on file so it can say there is already an account associated......

I'm not really sure about the issue you're facing. Could you elaborate a tad for me please?
For example, are you having any particular issue with logging into your account or getting a specific error?
When it comes to your files, assuming that you're logged into the correct Dropbox account, have you taken a look at your homepage, the deleted files page, and/or the events page?
As for your last query, I'm afraid I don't quite follow, I'd need more information to assist further.
