I cannot delete a Paper document in my account after my email was accessed by someone else
Following an e-mail hacking, I have two files in my Dropbox that I can not delete. These are entitled 'remittance advice.paper'?
Any clue? Thank you

Okay after 2 days I finally got a response back from the Dropbox team. This is how you remove the file. Login to Dropbox via your browser. Click on shared files, you should see the file that you wish to delete, click on the three dots then click remove file.

When I select the file there is no option 'delete' available (do not have this issue with other files).
Thank you

I have the exact same problem. I reached out to Dropbox staff. They were no help whatsoever. I asked for a technician to call me and was told my subscription doesn't include person to person calls. So I guess I have to upgrade to resolve? Meanwhile leaving me vulnerable to possible virus?

The delete option is shaded out when right clicking over file. Says I do not have permission to access the file.
