I can't move a folder on my account from the web or desktop

I have a folder that I'm trying to move, I've tried moving it in all of the following:

  1. Web interface
  2. MacOS Finder
  3. Windows Explorer

The web version just gives me a generic error like 'cannot move folder' etc. Trying it on Mac / Windows just results in a neverending 'Snycing' process.

The folder itself contains very little, only a few small files / folders

Could it be corrupted in some way?

    Where is this folder located exactly in your Dropbox account?

    Could you provide the location as shown in Explorer (as in, Dropbox/My Stuff/John, no need for the C:\users part before), assuming there is no private information?

    This will help me to assist further!
