I deleted a backup, but it is still using storage. Why?
Hey all, I recently deleted a backup of an old external drive from the Windows client. This should have freed up storage in my account - however, it is still using the same 608MB, even after waiting for two days. There are no files in the "Deleted files" section either. What do I have to do to free up that storage?

That third link you provided worked perfectly, thank you! I think it should probably be featured more predominantly on the main Dropbox page, as two of us either missed it or it's not there at all. Either way, thank you for the help, going in and deleting it here was the fix.

Hey taydy, welcome to our Community!
When you visit your account's plan page, what do you see there in regards to your quota? Can you send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual too?
Is it possible that the app is still syncing those changes? If you could check your app's current syncing status, and let me know what it reports, that'd be great.
One last thing: do you see any active backups when visiting this page online?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
