I need assistance in restoring my account or retrieving my documents
My account has recently been blocked, and I suspect I may have missed prior alerts due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine. I rely heavily on this account for work and have critical files stored there.
During a recent payment attempt, the amount was charged, but I received an error stating, "An error occurred while executing your request." Despite contacting support, the issue remained unresolved, and shortly after, my account was blocked.
Could you please assist in restoring my account or retrieving my documents? I am happy to provide additional details to verify my identity and payment.

During a recent payment attempt, the amount was charged, but I received an error stating, "An error occurred while executing your request."
Only Support will be able to assist you with this. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
