I need to get a folder back to the way it was a week ago. How do I do that?

Hey Holthouse! I can see that our support agent replied back to you recently. Please check their email when you have the chance.

Thank you, Megan. Would you please let Samuel know that my assistant inadvertently sent my response to the wrong email address. Is there any chance he can work on my issue this morning? This is day 11. Please :)

Hey Holthouse, I definitely understand your frustration, and your need to access the folder in question.
However, please keep in mind that our specialized agents usually have an approximate 24-hour window before they can review your case along with the info you've provided, and then reply back to you.
The best course of action would be to wait for Samuel's reply, and then share any info or worries you might have with him. I'm suggesting that, since we don't have the necessary account-visibility and tools here in our Community to help with that request.
If you need anything else, give me a shout.

Today marks 7 days that I have been trying to retrieve this folder. I don't understand why this would take sooooooooooooo long. My dropbox was reset to Aug 22 but the folder I am lookig for is still gone! Please please, have tried everything! Rewind, restore, Admin restoring box to Aug 22nd. Why can't someone help me find this file? Live. I don't have time to keep checking email to see if you emailed me back with another email that is not helpful. I emailed Samual 20 hours ago.

Hi from me too, Holthouse. After a look into our system, I can see you already have a ticket logged with our support team about this.
Can you please check our agent’s last email, in case you haven’t already, and reply back to them?

Have you looked at http://www.dropbox.com/events ? What is that showing?
You can rewind to any point you like if you follow the article on it.

Hey there Holthouse
Sign into your Dropbox on web and navigate to the folder you'd like to rewind. Hover over the folder with your cursor.
Open the folder settings and select "Rewind this folder"
Dropbox will show you a timeline of recent changes, drag the slider or pick the calendar date (in your case, one week ago).
Here's the Dropbox Help Center page on using Rewind, as well.
