I want to delete one of my Dropbox accounts but I cannot log in.

    shows me this message: 

     

    Before you can delete your account, you’ll need to cancel your active subscription. You have paid for Dropbox Plus until April 13, 2024.

     

    Please note that deleting your account is permanent and will cause all of your files to be deleted from the Dropbox website and online servers. All of your files will also stop syncing across all devices.

    Once you’ve made sure you have a copy of your files saved off of Dropbox, go to Manage subscriptions and cancel any active subscriptions. Then, return here or refresh this page to confirm you’d like to delete your account.

    The message is telling you what needs to be done. You can't delete a Dropbox account while there's an active subscription on it. You'll need to first cancel the subscription, then you can delete your account.
