4 years agoHi PDon, just to clarify, the computer backup feature is definitely disabled on your device, so it shows 'Set up' in the preferences?
Is it possible that you have another device that you could've connected to your Dropbox account, and enabled the backup there as well?

it shows "configure" in preferences and I don't have another computer connected to that account
