Thank you for the quick response. Yes, it was a personal file and a sensitive one :(  . I looked in the deleted and share and there isn't anything

    Do you recall when it was the last time you saw the file online?

    You mentioned that you checked your deleted files page, and your sharing tab but what about your events page? What does it report? 

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you see there?
