Incorrect Timestamp shown to uploaded files
I noticed yesterday that the timestamp on my uploaded and edited files are anywhere between 6 and 9 hours earlier. My Time zone settings are set correctly.

Hi all,
The issue of incorrect modified dates showing on files uploaded via our website should now be fixed for all users. If anyone is still seeing files showing an incorrect modified time versus the timezone setting on their account please let me know!

This has been happening to me for a few weeks now. It is causing photos and videos to come up as if they were taken on a different day. For example it is currently 5:21pm however uploading a video from today it says it was uploaded at 12:21am tomorrow... someone please help. I am using my Samsung 10, no updates needed, time zone is correct. I am stumped, any advice would be appreciated. I am about ready to give up on dropbox after 8 yrs...

Can you clarify for me please, where did you check the timezone settings?
Was this from your device settings, or from your Dropbox account?

Hi Morgan101010, could you check if the timezone is correct on the Dropbox site from the previous link Daphne provided?
- Morgan1010106 years agoExplorer | Level 4I think its time to cancel dropbox and move all my photos and media somewhere else. Im over this crap. My photos are still being put up with the wrong timestamp. Then Im asked questions about my settings and never hear anything again. Get a grip Dropbox, help your customers!
