Is it possible to recover files deleted more than a year ago?

Hello!

Can you please tell me if it is possible to recover photos/files that were deleted from the Dropbox cloud more than a year ago? Previously, I created a folder in the cloud that contained valuable photos, then deleted it. Now I need to recover photos from this folder, which I deleted 2-3 years ago. I read on the Dropbox website that you can only recover data if you have a full subscription no older than 1 year of deletion. But in other cases, it says to contact support. Maybe there are other ways to recover early files (deleted 2-3 years ago)?

Thank you in advance for your answer!

No, it isnt possible at all I'm afraid.

If you were a paid user at the time of deletion you could have up to a year of recover. However, if you were a free user its 30 days and this isn't changeable. It also isn't possible to pay to become and member now and get files back. Paid recovery windows start from day you upgrade and not retroactive.
