Is there a way to retrieve forever deleted files?

I have deleted my files and photos long ago and emptied the trash (deleted files folder) Now... I want them back. Is it possible to find them again?

Hello, it is possible to restore files that were permanently deleted? 

if yes, then how long can I restore ir from the moment it was deleted?

No, that's not possible. Permanently deleted files are deleted ... permanently.
