Lost critical folder after upgrading Dropbox from Family to Business

I went ahead and upgraded my subscription from a Family group to a business multi user subscription and now it has removed the Family group folder with all my files before I could transfer to my new upgraded membership folder. This is a pretty silly automation in the system, how can I transfer to my new folder if they aren't there?

    Hi Elizabeth1010, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    If you're referring to the Family room folder, it should still be visible on your account after the upgrade.

    Could you check the events page or the deleted files page to see if the files are there?

    Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
