"Migrated Paper Docs" folders are all empty
Hi!
All of my Dropbox Paper documents have disappeared.
I recently learned that Paper was being discontinued, and I saw that a new folder called “Migrated Paper Docs” had been automatically created. I checked it and felt relieved to find all my documents there.
However, now that I tried to download the folder, I realized that all the files are actually just links to Paper documents and every single one of them leads to a 404 error.
Strangely I still have my Paper Docs still starred on my home page. But still, all of them returns 404.
I have hundreds of documents on Paper. In fact, I was using them just yesterday on the iPhone app. But now, I’ve been logged out of the app, it no longer connects, and I can’t access any of my Paper files anymore.
Currently I have a free account. Let me know if I upgrade to a Plus account I get back my access.
Can someone please help me recover my content? This is very important to me.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Yeah, I would love to contact Dropbox Support directly, but unfortunately I only have a free account and the only options available in the link you provided is Help Center, Community and Chatbot. :|
Let me know if there's other way to contact Support. Thanks again! :) - Rich5 months ago
