2 years agoHey pawelswiader, let's jump right into this!
You mentioned that the content you're looking for isn't in "the folder" but you can find them in your "Dropbox folder".
Do any of these folders have any syncing icons there, that could help you identify which one is your actual Dropbox folder? You can also check the app's preferences, and specifically under your Sync tab, to check the location of your Dropbox folder.
If you have any screenshots of the two paths, feel free to send them over, in order for me to have a visual of this too.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi, thank you for your reply. Today I left beta program, and all my files were synced again. Now I fortunately have all my files, but I still have two dropbox folders. And they differ in amount of space taken. I am not sure which one is the right one so I dont know if I can remove any of it.
So, few screenshots.
Here is dropbox folder which is opened when I click folder from Dropbox app in the upper tray.
Here are two dropbox folders which I can find when I search for them.
First seems to be the right one, because when I added file through safari web page it appeared in this folder.
And there is a second dropbox folder, with an icon on it, but new file did not appear there.
Do you think, that the first folder is the right one since it synchronized file and is it safe to remove second one? Why do I have two folders anyway?

Hey pawelswiader, amazing troubleshooting steps on your end!
I'd also suggest that you try adding files in both of these paths, and checking if they sync to your account online.
Also, the first screenshot shows syncing icons next to the files/folders so it seems to be the correct one.
Not sure as to why you have two Dropbox folders, something must have happened in the creation process. Or is it possible you accidentally moved your original folder?
You should be able to remove the others, just make sure all of the content that you want to keep is moved to the correct Dropbox folder.
