The content look different on different computers.
during the last 2-3 months my dropbox content look different from my 3 computers , some maps do not exist , It is a real mess! What can I do? I have been trying to delete files and maps but nothing works.
Hey Tord1, thanks for the screenshot!
However, you'd need to select the "Select folders" option that you see under your Sync tab.
Also, keep in mind that your selective sync settings are different on each device, and you can have some folders selected on one device, while keeping them unselected on others.

Hi Tord1, let's jump right into this!
When you say that some maps don't exist, you mean locally on the device, or when you visit your Dropbox account online?
The first thing you need to keep in mind is that computers sync directly with the Dropbox website, not with each other.
Now, to find where the problem lies, start by checking each computer you use to access Dropbox. Compare the files in the Dropbox folder on that computer against the Dropbox website. Whichever computer has files that donât match the Dropbox website is the one thatâs not syncing these files.
Can you clarify the app's syncing status, and version on each device? Also, is it possible that youâve enabled Selective Sync? In this case, some files may not appear on your device.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
About the versions , they are:
W7 - vers 176.4.5108
W10- vers 176.4.5108
W10 - vers 176.4.5108 laptop
I do have 3 pdf-files showing screendump of the contents. It is not clear to me if I have selective sync or not. How can I send the pdf-files to you?

Hey Tord1, thanks for the additional information and sorry to jump in.
I just wanted to mention that you can check your selective sync settings through the app's preferences under the sync tab.
As for the app's version, could you try updating to the latest version directly from this page and wait till it's 'up to date' and not still syncing on all of your devices?
Let us know of any updates!
