My colleague and I can no longer see our shared files. Can we recover them?
Hello,
I had a which was shared and all of sudden me and my collegue cannot see it and no files are to be seen and its not even in the deleted folder.
please assist i need it to be recovered...

Mark it was shared between me and my collegue but he cant find it either.

6 months agoAwais, regarding your previous request, phone support is currently available to paid Dropbox teams.
Out of curiosity though, can you check your Dropbox email address (including your spam folder) and let me know if you got any emails from Dropbox there? If your folder was deleted for some reason, then it’s quite possible you’ve received an email notification about it.
Let me know, if you can find something this way.

Nancy I checked my email as you suggested and did find a notification from Dropbox about the folder deletion(it had ended up in my spam folder). I was on a break during that period and unfortunately missed the notification at the time. I was wondering if there’s any way you could assist me in recovering the folder or guide me further on how to proceed with restoring it. I will really appreciate your guidance on this as this folder has really important work details which I cant afford to loose 😞
