My Excel updates are missing and, after sharing a link, it redirects users to the wrong folder.

I’m sorry to hear about this, utibeecowas. Let’s have a look together. 

First of all, when editing your Excel file the first time, did you use the desktop app? If yes, did you also check your web account after that and everything had synced there already? If not, can you please check now and let me know what you see?

As for the shared link you mention, are you sure you didn’t accidentally share the link to another folder with these members? If you copy the link again from your Dropbox account and view it via an incognito window instead, do you see the correct folder?
