My file was deleted yesterday without my access, and I just found it in the deleted items today.

Online use of Dropbox (Chrome on PC)

    Can you also have a look at your Events page and let me know if you can see more details on how this file was deleted?

    If you found the file in Deleted items on Dropbox, it means it was removed (possibly by mistake or another linked device/user). You can easily restore it from Deleted items within 30 days. If it keeps happening, check shared folder access and connected devices.

    Restore the file then look at its version history. It will show you where the deletion was initiated.
