No access to delete files, prompting to sign up for larger tier of service/subscription
Was trying to use my dropbox free account to transmit documents.
Obviously, I have more than 2gb of files in there already, which exceeds the FREE membership threshold.
Every time i try to get in to DELETE any/all old files, there is a pop-up that keeps blocking all access, requesting/requiring me to sign up for a paid tier of service/subscription.
I just need to delete any/all files in the account, to restore free use.
the automated customer service email said I have to use the free services, such as these forums, to address my issue (lame).
HELP!
it started to, but allowed me enough time before the pop-up where I could get to it and delete! yay!

Hi there, salexand652, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.
Can you try accessing your files from this link and let me know if you're still prompted to upgrade your account?
Keep me posted.

yes, still pops up the "upgrade" page before I can perform any actions.

What if you log in to your account from a different browser or a private browsing window, do you still get the same behavior?
