Organizing Shared Folders
I have a lot of folders from different companies sharing different folders with me. I tried to make a folder for each company to put all the folders by the same company in their corresponding folder...

2 years agoHi there Kiki_Stanza - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
Can you walk us through the exact steps you take to do this as this shouldn't be a problem if you created separate shared folders for each of the companies in the first place?
Thanks!

I ended up doing a screen share with a Dropbox rep. So my process: go to all files> create a new shared folder> move all corresponding shared folders into the one new folder. Once I did that those moved folders showed 0 members. We figured out there is a time delay showing all members connected to that folder but they are there and connected even though it says 0

Hi Kiki_Stanza
The issue is you created a new shared folder, dont. Just create a folder (as I said in my example called 'Share') and put them in that.
You dont need a new shared folder as they are already Shared 🙂
