Random unrecognized file in Recents Dropbox, that I can't remove.

I have a file that was apparently shared with me that I can only open in dropbox from the recents section, all files, or menu bar on mac.  The file does not show up in any of the folders even though ...

Thanks! There is no activity in events for this file and I attempted to report it before asking the question but I am not able to create a link for it to include in the form.
