    Hey rickettsbw - sorry to hear about this.

    I'm afraid there's nothing to be done from our side to help recover this file since it was deleted so long ago.

    I wish I had a better answer than this and please let me know if you have anything else to ask.

I figured that would be the answer, but I "closed mouth don't get fed" and all that.  I can recover the information, it will just take time.   This time it will be backed up properly...
