Restore files deleted more than 30 days ago?
Hi all,
I have a shared folder. Today it came to my attention that one of the team members managed do delete all the files about two months ago.
Is there any way I can restore these file when I only have a basic account?
Would it be possible to upgrade my account and then gain access...?
Regards,
Mads

No, to both questions. There's no way to recover files outside of your recovery period (30 days on Basic) and upgrading now will not allow you to recover files that have already expired.

Thanks for your quick reply even though it was not what I hoped for...
What if purchase the rewind functionality?

Hi,
I am missing a couple of folders (and associated files) from my account. On the events page I can see that these were deleted end of June. Ofcourse I am a "basic" user but I am still hoping that there is a way to recover my files........
Many thanks,
Wouter

Hi Megan,
thank you for your answer.
Does it any difference if the files metioned still show up in the "event list"? I can see that they were deleted at the end of June.
Best regards,
Wouter
