Search not working
Dropbox search can’t find anything. The files, however, are there. How can I make Dropbox find them or reindex them???
- 5 years agoSolved. Miraculously the search tool is finding files again after going on an unexplained weeks-long holiday.
If anyone else experiences this problem, try waiting it out. 🤷♂️

Please note that my issue is different from Lorca's issue. The problem is still not resolved by Dropbox, almost a full week later. PLEASE can someone follow-up. Thank you.

It seems to me that I DO have the same problem: The Dropbox search function neither in the iPhone App nor in my browser is usable, I get nothing at all or not what I’m looking for. I have the problem for more than a week now.

Yes, Lorca, that is exactly the problem that myself and others on this post have been having. It's terrible because Dropbox has been so unresponsive. The specialist John contacted me on Friday and I sent him the information he requested (you can see the ticket number), but still no reply from Dropbox (and no solution).
