Tag search not working
We are using Dropbox to create a database of all our visual assets. We need to be able to search by tag. We have added tags to files, but when we search it is not working, with the exc...

Could you please let me know if you've tried copying or moving the files into a new folder, applying the tags anew and then trying to search for them?
If you did and the issue persists, let me know and I'll send you an email to investigate further.

No this didnt work for me. We use dropbox for storing large volumes of files. The reason we use it is because they take up too much space of our hard drives. So not being able to search subfolders for files on line means we have to seriously question continuing with Dropbox.
I'm very surprised many more people are not facing the same issue?

Can you send me a few screenshots in order to see the visual you see on your end when searching for sub-folders using the web?
Do you notice the same behavior on a different browser too?
