The keyboard doesn't pop up on my iPhone 16, so I can't search for files.

Since having iPhone 16 I can’t find the keyboard to do a search in dropbox

    Hi Fraisy - are you using the Dropbox mobile app, or are you visiting dropbox.com in your browser on your iPhone?

    Have you cleared the Dropbox app’s cache and reinstalled it on your iPhone since the issue occurred? 

     

    If not, give it a go and let me know what happens.
