Trying to delete my account but it keeps giving me an error

- 2 years agoRetried. It now works. Prompted to reset password to allow the permanaent deletion. Ty for making it happen. I hope u also fixed the submit button for support ticket request. Ty

I tried that same thingthis morning. Get a 500 error. Tried to submit a ticket to support. The submit button is de-activated. Tried contacting the sales team. Every option points me back to some deopbox support webpage. Then hangs up on me. I feel my data is being held hostage. First chance I get I would get away from dropbox and go somewhere that has some actual support... even a live chat would be a huge improvement.
