Unable to open file after renaming it
I have a recording from jitsi app in my dropbox then after i changed the name of the recording the file won't open anymore ( saying there is an error importing the document from another app )???? Ev...

When you renamed the file, did you remove the extension? Most systems use a file's extension to determine which application should be used to open it. If you removed the extension, your device likely won't know how to open the file. Rename the file and put the extension back on it, and it should open properly again.

Note: the app is in my phone do i use dropbox.com for this process?

- Elaf4 years agoExplorer | Level 3I have followed the restore of previous version ( thinking i can get back to before i edit the name)
Reached previous versions ( same as current one) i tried to open it and it says " files without extensions cannot be previewed "
I keep pressing the download button but it wont budge .
