Thank you for the reply.
Your assumtion is right, everyone who can get to it are on the same network.
It seems to be a shared public link since pretty much everyone who I've sent the link to for testing can get into it.
It's also a series of documents, not just one, and even a few folders with documents inside them as well.
Dropbox is whitlisted on our system as no one else in the firm has a problem with it.

8 years agoInteresting. A couple things I would double-check are
* Does this happen on different browsers for her?
** Does she use any extensions that may be interferring with it?
* Does the URL match the rest of the people's before and after she clicks/accesses it? Basically does it change at all?
* Does the end of the URL end in a dl=0, dl=1, raw=0, or raw=1
See what you can get us to further help you along in this. Thanks!

Once again, thank you for the reply!
In Chrome they come up as broken link images
I opened IE with iexplore -extoff but had the same effect
The URL matches
It ends with dl=0 (Curious as to know why that's important.)

Probably a bit odd, but, have you checked that her DNS settings are the same as the other users?
Also checked things like any antivirus software or firewalls on her machine? It sounds like somewhere there is a filtering issue which is blocking certain parts of the website.
