Bulk Upload
I have a backup server (synology NAS) in which I have 10 TB of information distributed in several folders, first I tried with an app called Cloud Sync but it is very limited when it comes to reading ...

But when I activate synchronization again to upload new data, will the uploaded data be downloaded?

That's why you use Selective Sync on the folders you upload; to remove them from your local drive and leave them only in your account online.
This is how I've done it in the past... Create a folder, let's say it's called Do Not Sync, and use Selective Sync to remove it from your local drive. Drag some files or folders in to your Dropbox folder and allow them to sync completely (green check mark). Once synced, go to the Dropbox website and move those files into the Do Not Sync folder. When you do that, Dropbox will remove them from your local computer as well. Upload the next batch and repeat as necessary.

Thanks so much, but dropbox backup does not allow moving files from the website
