Hi @alexxws, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is it possible that you've used selective sync to prevent that folder from appearing on your desktop?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay,
I can't see that feature under my settings: preferences

Hey @alexxws, the steps Jay linked above about selective sync concern the desktop app (not your Community profile or your online account).
To find your desktop app settings/preferences, you’ll need to click on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar and then follow these steps.

Hi Nancy, thanks for your patience 🙂
When I open the desktop Dropbox app from my Applications folder, I see no Settings/Preferences options. Would add a screenshot, but can't do that here? - Megan11 months ago

Hey alexxws, let me also jump in here!
You should be able to click on the camera-like icon in order to attach any screenshot back to us.
