Can’t Upload Any Files Due to “Network”
I’m using the Dropbox app on my Iphone & it’s all updated but for some reason it won’t let me upload ANYTHING no matter what network or wifi I’m using, I keep getting the error message saying "check your internet connection and try again"

Hey puttana - sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried restarting your device at all since you first noticed this?
Also, does this happen when on cellular data, on wifi or both?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
- puttana2 years agoNew member | Level 2Yes I restarted my device and it still won’t work. Oddly enough I was successful uploading hundreds of files earlier today. And yes, even when i use cellular data and i have my cellular data settings turned on in Dropbox settings as well. It’s really frustrating because it’s not just certain files, at this point i can’t upload anything. this has happened in the past and i keep losing my spot in my device’s album that i’m trying to upload for and i need to get this resolved asap so i can free storage on my phone !

Thanks for the quick response puttana
Could you also clear the app's cache and let us know how it goes?
If you still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a look too.
