Can I add a Dropbox link to my email signature?
I need to add several disclosure documents to my email signature, obvioulsy I cant add them directly. I have them stored on dropbox. How do I a) link them to the signature, and b) call the link by document title?

I'm good for now. Used One Drive and it was easy.

The problem I ended up with was even I though I made the link for a file, when I opened it, it lead me to the folder. This is not an Outlook issue.

Actually it works the opposite way. I can see the doc, but others see the folder. And now the others are being told to sign up for dropbox to see anything.

Its possible you are logged in.
The link you sent for the document above only opens as a file. So it is externally going out as a document only. As long as you are doing the link in the same way in the email

As you looking at it as yourself EZTejas ? If so its possible Dropbox is detecting that you are already logged in and so shows everything. Try looking at the link via an incognito window.
e.g. that link you posted above when I access it appears as just a single document

OK. How about this. When I copy the link for a file into th email, when its opened it reveals the entire folder, as well as others. How can I copy a link to the document and ONLY the document?

Hey EZTejas - sorry to jump in here, but we wouldn't be able to help much with this, since it's more of a Microsoft (Outlook) issue and not Dropbox related.
We'll leave this thread open for any users who might have something additional to offer though.

Thanks. When I do this its copy's the entire link info. Example (selected randomly for testing)
How can I retitle the link so it is live and appears as : Desciption of injury?
